The YOKOGAWA EB402 ESB Bus Coupler Module is an integral communication component for Yokogawa’s Centum CS and Centum VP automation systems. It connects the Field Control Unit (FCU) with the Node Unit over the ESB bus, facilitating seamless communication across the control network. The module supports redundancy configurations, enhancing system reliability by allowing dual ESB bus setups when two modules are installed in the FCU.
