The IC693CPU313 is a 5-slot embedded CPU baseplate from GE Fanuc’s Series 90-30 PLC platform. It integrates a Turbo CPU based on the 80188 processor, operating at 10 MHz. This baseplate hosts I/O and power supply slots but is non-expandable and does not support PCM or CCM modules. It is suitable for legacy applications but has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
