3500/62 Process Variable Monitor

The 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor is a 6-channel device designed to continuously monitor critical parameters, such as pressures, flows, temperatures, and levels, to protect machinery. It accepts +4 to +20 mA current inputs or proportional voltage inputs between -10 Vdc and +10 Vdc. The monitor conditions the signals and compares them to user-programmable alarm setpoints.

Outputs:

• Front Panel LEDs:
  • OK LED: Indicates when the monitor is operating correctly.
  • TX/RX LED: Indicates communication with other modules in the 3500 rack.
  • Bypass LED: Shows when the monitor is in Bypass Mode.

• Within ±0.33% of full-scale (typical), ±1% maximum.
